For this project I completed the following work:

Website Redesign: The old site was ok, but the color palette was drab. It was poorly organized, and the navigation structure lead to information overload. It was also lacking in web copy or text content. Finally it had no blog, no use of videos and no social marketing presence.

Using the internet way back machine I did a screen shot of the old design:

The new site now features three tiers of navigation a prominent lead capturing call to action button that captures all web based leads. It also now has a blog and proper use of Social Media tools.

Project Management: The system for backing up clients work was old school, they literally used one local server, and files in drawers. I transitioned the client database to the cloud using HighRise CRM. This not only got the designers and developers all on the same page but securely stored all client related data, and used a task based system to make sure all work was performed on-time. Everything is in the cloud, backed up locally on disk and printed on spread sheets, so that their info is secure yet accessible as needed.

Blogging/ Copy Writing: I implemented a blog and developed a content pad of SEO key word optimized topics. This has helped their web presence with fresh content but also gave them a platform to share their services and design ideas with the world through platforms like Facebook, Twitter and Linked in.

Social Media: Implemented a Social Media Strategy using Facebook, Linked In, Youtube, and Twitter. This helped create brand awareness and sense of community in a competitive marketplace.

SEO: Now that the site was re-designed, the navigation elements corrected and it functioned properly. I then attacked the SEO. Results were achieved by proper keyword density, title tags, web copy, meta data and submitting the site to major search engines. The work I completed took the site from a 67 to a 97 using the HubSpot website grader. In addition we unleashed a barage of backlinks from domains that we owned and re-wrote the designed by phrase that appears on the bottom of every clients site. Now Bug Eyes Web is ranking for key words and pulling in customers and web leads.

Copy Writing: I wrote or re-wrote the majority of the content on the site. In addition I wrote and story boarded this video it became the core presentation for a variety of speaking gigs at CABBA, Pasco C.O.B., Tampa Bay Business Journal, and the greater Tampa C.O.B.

Graphic Design: I performed various graphic design duties, including 12 new sales one sheets, and banner headers that can be seen on site. These help visually demonstrate the services Bug Eyes offers to it's clients, and offer a a one sheet that can be handed out at presentations or left with clients after a sales meeting.
